A very safe and practical technique; does not harm the environment or put the health of people and other pets at risk.

Pet Assistência was opened in 2013 and is part of a group that has been operating in the funeral sector since the 1960s, being a pioneer in the animal crematorium segment in the Alto Tietê region, in São Paulo. The headquarters is established in the city of Suzano, in an area suitable for receiving the crematorium and with all the necessary infrastructure for the cremation to be 100% certified. One of the distinguishing features of the service it offers is quality service. Employees undergo rigorous training and act with extreme care and attention from the first contact to the last. When it comes time to carry out the pet cremation, the team also acts with the utmost care and professionalism, including respecting the grief and religion of each client. Pet Assistência recognizes the importance that animals have in the lives of their families, seeking to ensure that they have a farewell full of meaning and love.

WHAT IS PET CREMATION LIKE?

Unlike incineration, which is a process of burning waste, garbage and waste all at once, pet cremation takes place in specific crematory ovens and without mixing it with other types of materials. This is a very safe and practical technique. Furthermore, it does not harm the environment or put the health of people or other pets at risk, as the departed animal is not buried in the backyard or in any other inappropriate location. At Pet Assistência, pet cremation can be contracted in advance, by purchasing the plans that are offered or as soon as the death occurs.

To use the service, it is necessary to call the call center, which operates 24 hours a day, and inform about the death of the animal, providing the necessary data. A driver will be dispatched to the location where the animal is and will remove it with all the necessary care. After the professional returns to the company, the data will be checked and the pet will be identified with a seal number. Then, he will be taken to the crematorium, where the procedure will be carried out according to the chosen modality.

TYPES OF CREMATION

At Pet Assistência, two types of cremation are available for pets:

Collective cremation – In this modality, the animals are cremated together, and the owner does not receive the ashes back, as they are mixed with those of other pets.

Individual cremation – Carried out individually, in this option the guardian has the possibility of attending the ceremony in person or online. At the end of the process, the ashes are separated and, within a few days, sent in an urn to the guardian's home.

An important point to highlight is that, regardless of the type chosen, Pet Assistência provides all contractors with a Death Certificate. This is a document that contains the data of the owner and the pet, proving that the cremation was carried out by a legitimate and certified crematorium.

BENEFITS OF PET CREMATION

Pet cremation offers several benefits:

  • It ensures that the animal has a dignified rest and receives all the respect it deserves.
  • It allows the guardian to experience the moment of loss with peace of mind, without bureaucratic concerns or additional payments.
  • It is a safe, practical method that does not harm the environment or put the health of people or other animals at risk.
